DMCA Policy

vcjsb.site (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement on our website, please submit a detailed DMCA takedown notice to our designated Copyright Agent via email at subhashmandal11223344@gmail.com. Your notice must include the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material. Please provide specific URLs.
  4. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address where we can contact you.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA Takedown Notice, we will take whatever action we deem appropriate, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

2. Counter-Notification (If You Believe Your Content Was Removed in Error)

If you believe that your content was removed (or access to it was disabled) as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. The complainant must then notify us within 10 business days that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity. If we do not receive such notification, we may replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
